Make These Treats Before You Leave Home and Keep Tucked in Your Glovebox for a Quick and Healthy Energy Booster!  

 

DIRECTIONS 

Cut two (2) cored apples into thin slices, leaving skins on.  Place on parchment paper in cookie sheet.  Sprinkle with cinnamon.  Bake at 275-degrees for 2 hours, flipping over after the 1st hour.  When apples are dried, remove and place in plastic baggies.  Ovens vary, so check periodically for dried doneness.
