There is Just Nothing Like a BBQ’d Steak!

Twist Up Your Grilling with This Spicey Version of a Favorite!

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 4 (4-ounce) Lean New York Strips

 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

 1/4 cup fresh lime juice

 2 cloves garlic, minced

 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

 2 tablespoons chili powder

 2 teaspoons garlic powder

 2 teaspoons ground cumin

 2 teaspoons ground paprika

 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne

 2 teaspoons olive oil

  DIRECTIONS

 1. Season steaks with salt and pepper. Combine lime juice, garlic and cilantro in a small bowl; toss mixture with steaks and cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

 2. Combine chili powder and next 4 ingredients in a small bowl; rub on both sides of steaks. Heat grill to medium-high heat. Grill steak for 4-5 minutes per side or until desired degree of doneness.

  Makes 4 servings.
