Smoothies Don’t Have to be Fattening!

Try this cold, refreshing pick-me-up!






1 cup fat free milk

1 medium banana, peeled, cut into 1/2″ slices frozen

1 to 2 TBSP. sugar or honey

1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tsp. instant coffee crystals

1/2 tsp. vanilla

1 cup small ice cubes or crushed ice.


Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.  Add more ice if you would like a thicker smoothy.

Makes 2 servings at 136 calories each.
