This Smoothie Recipe is Loaded with Antioxidants from the Orange and Pomegranate Juices 

The banana supplies a healthy dose of potassium.  This recipe makes two servings, so either share or have a glass for breakfast and another for an afternoon snack.  

 

  INGREDIENTS

1 cup orange segments

1 ripe banana

1 cup 100% pomegranate juice

Blend all together.
